Homefill system failure

Hey everyone, I've been using a Homefill system to refill my K tank for glass blowing. It suddenly stopped working, the red light and alarm came on. I've checked power and basics, but it won't fill. Anyone else experienced this with their torch setup?
 
@GlassArtist Ugh, been that, it's annoying! So, since the fuel pump is new, it's likely the low oil pressure sensor (LOP switch) or the control board's sensing circuit (R1 resistor).
The start switch bypasses these. The LOP sensor is usually a small, single wire switch on the compressor block. You're definitely on the right track!

That red light could be pressure-related error, an internal leak or an issue with the compressor itself. If power and connections are good, check the filters and lines for clogs or wear. Sometimes the system locks out if it detects anything off.
 
I faced a similar problem with an old oxygen concentrator I was using for beadmaking. It turned out that a clogged filter was causing the pressure issue. I replaced the filter, reset the system, and it powered back on perfectly.

I didn't think about the LOP switch or control board, I'll check both this weekend, I am really hoping it's not the board, but I'll update once I know

I'll inspect the filters and lines more carefully, I might've overlooked a clog, I am really hoping it's not an internal leak

That's so reassuring! I'll pull and check the filters this weekend. If it's that simple, I'll be relieved. Thanks for sharing, it gives me some hope it's not something major
